Returns
- Eligibility: You can return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Condition of Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10 business days].

Exchanges
